The initial report from Joshua's wife, Felicia:
On Wednesday, March 12, 2025, my husband was shot multiple times by a neighbor. His name is Joshua, aka Mr Grains & Grit.
While he isn’t always in videos, he does SO MUCH behind the scenes and this channel would never be possible without him. He is currently in critical condition. We covet your prayers and for those of y’all who have reached out to us THANK YOU.
We have an incredible community both in person and online that has just reached out and surrounded us with love and support during this time. My husband loves the Lord and has walked with him nearly all his life. Every day he seeks to please His Savior in all aspects of his life.
He’s an amazing husband, an incredible father, and a faithful servant to our Lord Jesus Christ. We are praising the Lord through this entire journey because He is in control and has not forsaken us.

Ways To Support the Joscelyn Family In Their Time of Adversity
Joshua and Felicia Josceyln are the owners of Grains & Grit: Unlocking Health and Simplicity of Biblical Whole Grains
Felicia invested ten years perfecting her freshly milled whole-grain bread. It is no exaggeration to report that this bread is the perfection of love for your family meal table. This bread recipe is a daily staple in our home. It doesn't matter how thin we slice it—it does not fall apart. The Lord said to pray "Give us this day our daily bread." Well, here it is folks. The staff of life.
Stop eating bread on drugs.

Hospitality and Transportation Needed
Thanks to all those who donated financial support, Joshua is now in the best rehabilitation hospital in Florida—Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital, Jacksonville.
I intend to fly to Jacksonville to support my dearly beloved brother in the Lord Jesus Christ.
To facilitate this need, I need hospitality and transportation for one week. I have friends and a network of people in Jacksonville from the 3.5 years I delivered farm fresh food from the countryside to the big city.
The preferred scenario is a home that consumes raw, grass-fed animal products, as I have been diagnosed with Lymphoma—cancer of the lymph nodes. My wife insists on whole foods and minimally processed foods. At the same time, I will be deeply grateful for the minimum of housing and transportation.
